When I want a quick workout that packs a punch, Jenna Collins 20 min wall pilates workouts are my favorite and they are perfect if you are a beginner!
My favorite workouts are non-traditional: hiking, skiing and DANCING. But, if I am not booked up with activities, I have a few go to online instructors that keep me moving and feeling energized.
